Greetings Members and all of our Golfing Friends,
Thank you to everyone who participated in the Inaugural Polo Park East Masters Tournament. It was a resounding success.
The quality of play during Sunday's final round was great all around. We had perfect weather and one of our members, Joel Scott, even had a hole-in-one on hole number 11 during Sunday's final round competition.
At the end of 72 holes stroke play, amazingly both divisions were won by a mere single shot.
Our Director of Golf, RJ Jordan began the Green Jacket Ceremony by awarding an honorary Green Jacket to Bill Maitland. He is a deserving and inspiring long-time PPE golfer and friend to all. Congratulations Bill.
Next to get a Green Jacket slipped onto their able shoulders was the Senior Masters division winner. This was none other than the ever-present, ever-smiling Gary Walerius who amazingly had a bigger smile, than, well, er, the normal Gary Walerius!
Finally, the Director of Golf slipped the Green Jacket on the winner of the Regular Masters Division, Larry Foote. Larry is not one who usually lacks words, But on this occasion he was choked up and virtually speechless!
A special thank you goes out to those who provided all of the food, beverages, and donations. Your generosity is what made this such a tremendous event! I believe that we all are looking forward with great anticipation to the next Polo Park East Masters Tournament which will be conducted alongside the Augusta event this coming April, 2021. (Look for details to be posted soon on the website.)

DECEMBER 20th - JOIN US FOR THE “MOM & POP” COUPLES SCRAMBLE
Attention guys and gals! Grab a partner and team up for our monthly couples scramble. Start time is 8:00 a.m. but be sure to arrive early. Coordinators of the “Mom & Pop” are Don and Judy Cook, who always add a fun surprising twist to the scramble! Sign up is in the Pro Shop.

Welcome back! We are pleased to see new faces as well as all who are returning from “the North” to your “winter” residences and are now enjoying a few rounds of golf at Polo Park East Golf Club.
